The Gatoto Community Primary School provides high-quality holistic education at low cost to 900 children of the Mukuru kwa Reuben slum of Nairobi, Kenya. The school maintains high academic standards and gives the children an opportunity to participate in various extracurricular activities. Furthermore, Gatoto provides a daily meal of nutrition-enriched porridge to the students. The school also provides HIV/AIDS education and gets its students involved in community service.
