Frequently Asked Questions
- Who is Eligible to Participate?
Any non-profit registered organization is eligible to participate.
- How do I ask a question?
Its very easy to get help from the foreignaid technology experts! First, collect
as much information as you have about your problem. Relevant
information includes your operating system (i.e. Windows 95/Windows
2000/Linux) and the specific application that may be causing the problem
(Microsoft Word, Excel, Email Software, Web Browser). Then email our
experts at support@foreignaid.com
and describe the problem in detail.
In the end, your problem will be fixed much faster if you spend more
time up front correctly identifying and describing the problem.
- How long will it take to get a response?
Response times will vary according to the volume of requests that we
receive. Remember that our experts are doing this in their free time!
We will make every effort to respond to the initial request within 48
hours. Once your case has been assigned to an expert, that expert will
be individually responsible for coordinating with you. Response times
after the initial response will vary according to the complexity of the
problem.
